As a lifelong learner, I’m always looking for opportunities to deepen my clinical knowledge and expand the ways we support healing. Over time, I realized something important: so many therapists are craving high-quality training and practical resources, but they’re also exhausted and overwhelmed by information, overstretched by the demands of the work, and often unsure what to prioritize next.

My goal is to help child and teen therapists move out of overwhelm and nonstop hustle into a steadier, more confident rhythm — strengthening your skills in the playroom and integrating trauma-informed practices such as EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, and the Window of Tolerance.
